Today’s 2nds are zucchini. So whip out your summer squash recipes. I usually make zucchini bread for my kids. You can also sautee them with the red onions for pasta or rice. They are an easy addition to vegetable soups too.
We did get a 1/2 price refund on the potatoes last week, which allowed me to purchase red onions this week.
